  • How do I personalize my order?
    Please include detailed personalization instructions for us for each item when you place your order. Such as: name, title, initial, date, event name, design #, and date needed. Note that titles are usually not included unless specified and for monograms please specify the larger letter for the center initial.
  • Can I submit a custom design?
    Yes of course! Artwork submitted should be in vectorized format with all fonts outlined such as .ai .eps .pdf or .svg. We also accept high resolution black and white artwork sized to the imprint area listed on the item page description. Artwork may be e-mailed to info@thirstyrhino.com with your order number.
  • Do you costumize art from scratch?
    Yes, we can! Contact us with your ideas and we will let you know feasibility and estimated costs.
  • How do I place an order for promotional products?
    Please e-mail all promotional product inquiries to promo@thirstyrhino.com. The following information would help us jump start the quotation process: item, item color, quantity, imprint colors, date needed, decoration method, destination zip code, and your artwork file if it’s ready.
  • What is the normal production time for promotional products?
    Everything is made to order, so once your order has been confirmed, standard production time for your order is about 5-7 business days. Keep in mind that shipping time will also add 2-4 business days. If you need something sooner, please let us know and we will work around your event date or advise on rush options.
  • When will I recieve my order?
    We aim to produce, decorate, and package all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Shipping in the United States typically will take 3-5 business days. Total turnaround time is production time + shipping transit time. On average, our orders arrive to you one week after your order is placed.
  • Will I recieve my order by the date needed?
    If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know as early as possible and include it when you submit your order. It helps us to better prioritize orders and recommend the best rush shipping service for your timing if it’s needed. We will work with you to get your items delivered on time.
  • Where is my order?
    If it seems like your order is running late or may be lost, please e-mail your order number to info@thirstyrhino.com and we will re-send your tracking information to you.
  • Can I will call my order?
    Will call can be arranged for local customers. Please e-mail us directly with your order # to arrange.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship internationally. Please keep in mind international orders can take a few weeks to deliver and are subject to delays due to customs clearance. If you require fast delivery, please contact us for expedited shipping options.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, on many items we offer free shipping within the United States. When browsing an item, you will see under the "SHIPPING" section if the item qualifies for free shipping.
  • What carriers do you ship with?
    Standard orders ship via USPS First Class or FedEx Ground. We also offer the following rush shipping options: Fedex Express Overnight, Fedex Express 2 Day, Priority Mail Express, and Priority Mail.
  • Do you offer quantity discounts?
    Yes, for orders greater than 25 pieces we are able to offer you bulk pricing. Please contact us directly at promo@thirstyrhino.com for a bulk quantity quotation.
  • Are your items dishwasher safe?
    We recommend hand washing all decorated items in order to properly care for the product and make them last longer.
